From your initial contact to the completion of your project, and beyond, we prioritize open communication with our clients. We know how overwhelming a big project can seem, but our process and expert team are here to make the whole project run seamlessly, on time, and in-budget. Let us guide you through our process and turn your dream projects into reality!

Let's Chat
Your first point of contact will be with one of our licensed architect designers. While consulting, they will ask you guided questions to better acquaint us with your landscape desires and needs. If our company sounds like a good fit we will move to the next phase of scheduling a complimentary on-site walk through.

On-Site Walk Through
Our architect will book a time that works with your schedule to come see your property in person. During this walk through we will complete an on-site analysis to map your property's dimensions, drainage needs, sun azimuths, potential utility hazards, and more. We will also gather information about your vision, design ideas, questions, and concerns. We can use architectural plans that you already have from someone else, or we can create some for you with some of our ideas, past work, and inspirations. There is no limit to what our designers can create including: waterscapes, pools, patios, decks, gazebos, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and so much more.

Choose Your Design Package
After we are fully acquainted with your vision we will show you our different design packages, if you choose us to design it. If you already have design plans of your own then you can skip right to the approval and proposal phase.
Our design packages range in price from $500-$2500 depending on how simple or elaborate you would like your design to be. Once you choose your package we take a 50% down payment. We then provide you with the design and include one revision. Additional revising costs $75/hr. Once the design is finalized we take the other 50% of payment for design fees and write up the estimate and proposal for the work.

Approval and Proposal
Now that you have your design renderings along with an estimate and cost proposal of the entire project, carefully go over everything and ensure you agree with the proposal and love the design. If you have any questions at this point just let us know, otherwise we will get things ready to finalize and sign your proposal. Once you've signed we gather a 20% scheduling deposit and get you on the books! Also note that if we are building any structural add-ons or work that requires permitting, it may depict the scheduled start time of your project. Once your project starts we collect another 35% of the cost. When your project is half way through we collect another 35% and then the last 10% after the final walk through.

Build
This is the most exciting part of the process for us. Watch your property transform into your dream oasis as we break ground, demo everything out, and bring your design to life. The following are some things you can expect during the build process:
-One of the first things you can expect before starting is to come have your utilities marked
-Either the day before or morning of we will be placing a dumpster and port-o-john on your property. (placement will be pre-arranged during planning)
-We will need to take up a good amount of parking on the street near your house, as well as making loud noises. Letting your neighbors know is always helpful.
-Construction is often messy and we do our best to keep debris and mud to a minimum but there is always going to be a reasonable amount of mess during the process, especially in the beginning demo.
-If at any point during the process you have any concern please let us know immediately so that we can try to rectify any situation. Our crews work fast and efficient, so catching something before they work over it can save a lot of time and hassel.
-you can also expect the project manager to keep you updated frequently as to what is happening in your project.

Final Walk-Through
This is the most exciting part for you, the finished product! Our architect and project manager will schedule a final walk-through when the work is done. In this final walk we will go through everything with you to ensure that it is to your satisfaction. Then we put all the final touches and fix anything that was of concern, and we will send over your final invoice. We will also give you detailed instruction on how to care for your new landscape, irrigation system, and outdoor appliances.
