After reviewing your submission, we'll follow up with a brief project discovery call to discuss your project, answer initial questions, and determine if we're the right fit for one another. This conversation helps ensure we're aligned before moving into the design process, allowing both you and our team to move forward with confidence.

Discovery Consultation
Where your vision starts becoming a plan.
One of our designers will meet with you on-site to discuss your goals, answer questions, and explore how you envision using your outdoor space. During the consultation, we'll evaluate your property's dimensions and any site conditions that may influence the design. Together, we'll discuss your priorities, investment goals, and the possibilities for your project.

Following our visit, we'll prepare a preliminary project estimate within 10-14 days along with a Design Agreement outlining the scope of your custom design and the next steps. Professional design fees typically range from $500 to $2,500, depending on the size and complexity of the project and the level of research, planning, and documentation required.

Once your Design Agreement is signed and paid, our design team begins crafting a custom landscape tailored specifically to your property and lifestyle.
We carefully consider layout, functionality, materials, and architectural style to create an outdoor space that's both beautiful and practical. We are experts in planting and design, carefully curating ecologically sound planting selections informwed with Plant Select and other resources to ensure regenerative and beautiful designs.
Throughout the process, we collaborate with you, refine the details, and perform a thorough Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) review to ensure every design is thoughtful, coordinated, and ready for construction.​​

Design Review & Refinement
Fine-tuning every detail before we build.
When your design is complete, we'll schedule a Design Presentation to walk through every detail together. This is your opportunity to experience your future outdoor living space, ask questions, and provide feedback before construction begins. We'll present your completed landscape plans, any deliverables included in your Design Agreement, along with material samples and product selections so you can confidently visualize the finished project.

We'll also review your Construction Contract, including the project scope, investment, timeline, permitting requirements, and construction expectations. Together, we'll answer any remaining questions, discuss project logistics, and identify any final refinements.
Following the Design Presentation, we'll send your finalized Construction Contract electronically for review and signature. Once the agreement is complete, we'll reserve a dates on our construction schedule as soon as possible. For projects requiring HOA approval, we'll hold a tentative place in our schedule while the approval process is underway and confirm your construction start date once approval has been received.

Construction
Where your vision becomes reality.
Before construction begins, we'll hold an on-site Preconstruction Meeting with key members of our design and construction teams to review the project, verify field conditions, confirm logistics, and ensure every detail is aligned for a successful build.

From there, our experienced team brings your custom landscape to life with exceptional craftsmanship, proactive project management, and clear communication. We'll coordinate every phase of product orders, construction, perform ongoing quality inspections, and keep you informed until your project is complete.

Final Walkthrough & Project Care
Ensuring every detail is completed with confidence.
Once construction is complete, we'll walk the project with you to ensure every detail meets our standards and your expectations. Together, we'll review the completed work, address any remaining punch list items, and answer questions about your new outdoor space. You'll also receive guidance on caring for your landscape and understanding the systems we've installed, so you can enjoy your investment with confidence for years to come.
Trees and shrubs are planted with compost and mycorrhizae that allows us to offer a 2-year warranty (when properly irrigated).
